Right at Home Snohomish County is currently hiring HCA/CNA to help assist clients in their own homes. We are hiring part-time with Flexible Shifts with an Open Availability. We are looking for the Right People with the Right Approach to provide the Right Services for the Right Mission.

Responsibilities of the HCA/CNA:
· Provide personal care, dressing, peri care, bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, medical appointments, assisting the client with their basic daily needs.
· Follow the tasks laid out in the tailored Plan of Care for each client and will receive when accepting the shift with the client.
· Foster a spirit of caring for each client and adaptable to work with other team members, family members and outside vendors such as nurses, doctors, etc.
Requirements of the HCA/CNA:
· Current certification as an HCA or CNA from an accredited school
· Must have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
· CPR/FA, Food Handlers, TB Test, Covid Test
· Pass a written Competency Evaluation, Drug Screen, and a Nationwide Background Check
· Read, Write, Speak and Understand English as needed for the job
· High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
· Android or I-phone capable of use for charting with Caregiver Go App
Skills Set:
Strong attention to detail with the care of the client’s daily needs and requirements. Excellent communication skills to understand the needs and the direction that you need to work with each client. Patience, Empathy, Compassion, Positive Mind Set, Flexibility, and Versatility. Willing to adapt to learn new equipment or tasks that may be assigned to the client as care needs change.
